VV - Verified by Guests - High Quality, Guests Like the Hotel

The basis for the creation of the quality mark "V - Verified by Guests" was the HotScore™ index - a mathematically generated average score of each hotel in Bulgaria, which takes into account its ratings on international platforms and booking sites, as well as several other parameters that further refine the final result.

The results show that in 2025 the arithmetic average score of the HotScore indices of all hotels in Bulgaria is 70.05 points. The highest score of a hotel is 88.289 points, and the lowest - 34.90.

Above the average score, four levels of consumer satisfaction and, accordingly, four categories of the "V - Verified by Guests" mark have been defined:
V - with a score above 70.05 points: Good quality, guests are satisfied with the hotel.
VV - with a score above 72.00 points: High quality, guests like the hotel.
VVV - with a score above 76.00 points: Very high quality, guests recommend the hotel.
VVV+ – Excellent quality, highly valued by guests, a hotel that is included in the TOP 100 Best Hotels in Bulgaria ranking.
