The TOP 10 Best Four-Star City Hotels in Bulgaria between 100 and 199 Rooms in Bulgaria ranking is an outgrowth of the TOP 100 Best Hotels in Bulgaria 2025 ranking.

To calculate both rankings, we have considered guest ratings of over 1,200 Bulgarian hotels with 20 and more rooms and classifications of three and more stars.
