Hotscore

At the end of each calendar year, all hotels in Bulgaria with 20 or more rooms and a classification of three or more stars receive their unique HotScore indicator. The HotScore indicates the satisfaction of the guests of the respective hotel in the past year.

When calculating the HotScore, both the number and the type of comments are taken into account.

For comparative purposes, the value of the HotScore indicator has been set on a scale of 0 to 100 (the highest values are the best).
